Pgmc Summer Festival 2017

The annual Summer Festival with a lot of different PvP events held from Tuesday the 1st of august and will last until Monday the 7th august.

I will list all the events and what day they're on and the rules.
How you participate is you show up at the given time and join the Events area.

Don't worry about your head, there will be no way to pick up the head dropping

Most likely the events will start around 7:30PM Server time (CET). The easiest way to check is to open tab ingame and see the clock.

The events will be:

FFA
Mounted FFA
Boat Race
Archery
Spleef
1v1
1v1 horse
Jousting
Teams PvP (3v3)
Glider race
Paintball

If you win any of these events you will be rewarded the Champion tag, a unique item and a cash price.

Tuesday 1st August: Archery / Jousting
Wednesday 2nd August: Boat race /1v1 mounted
Thursday 3rd August: Glider race / Teams PVP
Friday 4th August: Spleef / Paintball
Saturday 5th August: FFA / mounted FFA
Sunday 6th August: 1v1 tournament
Monday 7th August: Awards

Just to make it clear before you start reading the events, NO personal ITEMS are allowed

Rules and info for the different events

FFA: You will all receive a kit, and you will fight everyone on the field. No teaming allowed. Last man standing is the winner

Mounted FFA: It's the same as FFA. No teams, last man standing wins. Just this time you receive a horse.

Boat race: Everyone gets a boat, and there will be a boat race. It's all friendly, and the first one to cross the finish line wins. No PvP or destroying boats, a friendly race.

Archery:
Stage 1: Static targets. You will receive 5 arrows and will be shooting at target with 3 different ranges. 1 point for close, 2 for mid and 3 for far.
Stage 2: Pig Gallery, you will get 5 arrows and will be shooting at moving targets at 3 different ranges. 1 point for close, 2 for mid and 3 for far.
Stage 3: Longshot, you will be given 5 arrows and you will get 3 points per hit
The max score for the whole event is 45 points.
Note: This year I won't be setting up the different ranges before hand, because certain people abused it last year.

Spleef: Very simple, you get put in an arena full of snow, and receive a diamond shovel. The last man standing wins.

1v1 Tournament: You'll receive a kit, and fight others 1 on 1. If you win the round you will proceed to next round, and the loser is out of the tournament.

1v1 mounted: The same as 1v1, receive a kit and fight others 1 on 1, just with a horse

Jousting: Unhorse or kill opponent using the lance provided. You must keep moving on the horse, and you can't jump. You will get a horse for this event, and you will receive armor and the lance

Teams PvP: You assign teams of your own on 3. Everyone will get a kit and the winners of the matches proceed on to next round. The loser is eliminated.

Glider race: It's an elytra course that is set up. You must go from start to finish and go through the checkpoints as you fly. The first person to go through all of the check points is the winner.

Paintball tournament: There will be teams of 2, and there will be special made 2v2 Paintball maps. The winner team proceeds on, the loser is eliminated from the tournament

Rules for the whole event: more will be added if needed
- No bringing in or using ANY personal items, only kits provided
- No interfering with other peoples'
- Do not enter the grounds during the event, we will take action!
-Do not deliberately try to distract one of the contestants during his event. We will be watching you.
-No hacks or cheating

There will be 100k prize money per event, and any other amount that is donated. I will personally donate 200k on top of that, and if anyone else wants to donate it's appreciated!
